"the SHINING"

We've seen this all before: Tu-Pac releases long after his untimely demise, never-heard-before bars from B.I.G years too late. But for some reason, the thought of J-Dilla not blessing our aural sensations with mind-moving beats is haunting. So, quite fittingly, his mom has authorized the disclosure of another unique blend of her son's post-mortum genius in this from the grave release entitled "The Shining". Yeah spooky aint it!?!?! The preview album is laced with gritty audio clips from the 70's cult thiller movie featuring Jack Nicolson. At first, a distraction, the movie voices actually add meaning to the rhyme schemes of Common, Pharoah Monche, Black Thought of the Roots, Dwele, and many others on this 12 track album. Though Dilla's not physically with us, his soulful creations yet again fill us with positive inspiration. When this releases you will defintely have to get at it.
